Family Psychology Solutions – Working with families in conflict: developing collaborative services.

Family Psychology Solutions was established one year ago. Our goal was to develop services for families who are navigating complex, hostile and conflicted relationship breakdown – addressing some of the issues identified in Dr Sue Whitcombe’s research with separated parents. As a not-for-profit social enterprise, our focus remains on the provision of affordable, accessible, appropriate services for families in the North East.

As we move into our second year, we are keen to further develop relationships and collaborations with colleagues and agencies in the local area. We believe our specialist psychological input can further enhance services for families.

Our open afternoon at Teesside University’s Centre for Enterprise will outline our current provision, highlight our first year successes and invite your input on how we can work together to better meet the needs of families navigating the complexity of conflicted relationship breakdown.

We will be holding 3 informal sessions throughout the afternoon, and look forward to welcoming you.
